We don't like to brag but boy do we have a fantastic team here in the Pillo Hotel. Every member of staff is trained in the highest standard of customer care but not only that they genuinely do care which makes going the extra mile for all our guests second nature to them. Some of the members of our team who you will meet while planning your Wedding are:
Francesca - Francesca is our Wedding Coordinator, she will be your first port of call and will help you with all aspects of planning your wedding. She has a vast wealth of knowledge, not only about weddings in the Pillo Hotel but lots of other areas, like accessorising the room, picking a celebrant, bands, flowers and some of the trickier aspects like table plans and running order on the day. The best thing about Francesca is her personality, she's so incredibly friendly and kind and prides herself on ensuring each and every one of her wedding couples have not only the best day but a stress free time planning their wedding. We asked Francesca what she loved most about her job as the Wedding Coordinator in the Pillo Hotel Ashbourne here is what she said. "What I love most about my job is working with an amazing team that puts the customer experience at the heart of everything they do. Our team are at the top of their game and encourage and inspire me to continuously want to do better and g the extra mile for your customer. I’m also super lucky to be working alongside incredible Brides and Grooms on planning their Dream Wedding Day."
Richard - Richard is our man on the ground and will be here in the Hotel on your big day. Richard and Francesca work together during the planning of your wedding to ensure that everything goes to plan on the day. Richard coordinates all of our Banqueting team, helps the bridesmaids and groomsmen on the day and basically ensures your wedding is perfect. Richard has a heart of gold and invests everything he has into each and every wedding we have here in the Pillo Hotel. He goes above and beyond for all our wedding couples. We asked Richard what he loves the most about working as the Food & Beverage Service Manager here's what he had to say. " I Love meeting new people and going that extra mile and making our couples days extra special. I really love the excitement of the day and making people happy. We have a great team here at the Pillo Hotel and it's great being a part of it."
