Funtasia Waterpark - Drogheda
This interactive and exhilarating indoor waterpark is the first of its kind in Ireland and features over 200 activities and 30,000 sq. feet of water gushing fun. There is white knuckle speed slides for those who love a thrill, such as The Super Bowl, an exciting single and double rider slide, and The Boomerang, an exhilarating speed slide which will definitely get your adrenalin pumping.
For tiny tots, there is a specially designed Toddler Splash Area, situated in the corner of the main area. With miniature slides and mushroom fountains, this is the perfect area for toddlers to play, splash and slide.

Dublin Zoo
Located just 25 minutes’ drive from Pillo Hotel & Spa Ashbourne, Dublin Zoo is a fun filled day out for all the family. Located right in the heart of Dublin City in Phoenix Park, it is one of Ireland’s most popular visitor attractions and welcomed almost one million visitors to the zoo last year.
As one of Ireland’s oldest, yet more contemporary zoos, the zoo measures over 28 hectares and is home to some 400 animals. The zoo aims to increasingly create habitats and combine species such as their African Savannah to create a more realistic, natural experience for their animals and an even more exciting one for their visitors.
Aquazone @ The National Aquatic Centre
There's so much to do at Aqua Zone it's guaranteed to keep all the family entertained from toddlers to teenagers and everyone in between. Aqua Zone is just a short 15 minute car journey from the Pillo Hotel Ashbourne so getting there an back is easy.
After a fun day in Aqua Zone you can pop into Blanchardstown Shopping Centre for a spot of retail therapy or just come back to the Hotel and unwind, after all that splashing and swimming there are bound to be a few tired little ones!
Navan Adventure Centre
Navan Adventure Centre is an outdoor multi-activity adventure park situated in the Boyne Valley, Co. Meath. Their goal is to help children and adults stay active through fun storts, games and challenges. They also specialise in hosting school tours, social event's (birthdays, stags & hens parties) as well as hosting some anual sporting,Music and cultural events.
Starting off originally as a golf driving range it developed as Navan Advaenture Sports. Along with their sister company Footee Tallaght, became the first adventure parks to introduce Football Golf to Ireland. A fun and challenging game it remains on of the most popular activities to take part in alongside Human Foosball,Off-Road Go Karting, Obstacle Course, Mini Golf and more.
