Here at the Pillo Hotel & Leisure Club, we believe in cultivating a culture of inclusion and diversity. We encourage our Team to be the best possible version of themselves, be their true-selves and accept those around them too. By doing so our Team inspires and empowers each other to develop inclusion and diversity initiatives that support and help build a more equitable workplace and hospitability industry.  

Our initiatives include: 

Proud members of Hidden Disability 

A commitment to have a minimum of 80% of our staff trained in accordance to Hidden Disabilities best practices 

Ireland’s first hotel to design and install a 2-bedroom sensory suite, sensory playroom and a sensory pod 

We provided staff training from AsIAm, to better improve our communication skills with the Autistic Community 

We offer a Sensory Friendly swim session every Sunday, with reduced capacity in our pool, reduced lighting, reduced volume of music and swim hats are optional 

We also schedule staff appreciation days throughout the year to show our thanks to our Committed Team
