Voucher Terms & Conditions 

• Minimum Gift Voucher value is €25
• Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
• Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference
• Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the hotel in which they are being used
• No change will be given out but the balance can be used for future purchases
• Pillo Hotel & Leisure Club does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers - protect them as you would cash
• Pillo Hotel & Leisure Club reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you 
• Please note that bookings using gift vouchers cannot be made online, you must contact the hotel directly to check availability of voucher bookings and confirmation of your voucher booking will be send directly from the hotel.
• Management reserve the right to refuse.
